"Blooming Tree"

The purpose of this project was to create a statue of recycled materials and teach the kids the meaning of recycling.

To make the tree we used:
Dried eucalyptus branches
Empty soda bottles
Colorful stickers
Paint spray
Pipe cleaners
Clay
Big paint bucket
Sand


We stuck the dried branches inside a big paint bucket full with sand.

Cut the soda bottles to create the flowers.

Paint sprayed the flowers and the children decorated them with colorful stickers.

We used the pipe cleaners to create the stamens. Remove the soda cup and put a piece of clay to hold the pipe cleaners.

Then you can attach the flowers to the tree using the clay.
