Napkin Holders from Toilet Paper Rolls

For this project you'll need

Toilet paper rolls
Scissors
Glue
Glitter
Paint
Colorful flat backed plastic jewels


Carefully cut a toilet paper roll into 3 slices

Coat it with any color you want. Let dry.

Cover with glue and sprinkle the glitters above.

When dry, decorate with some flat backed plastic jewels to make it look more impressive.
