For this project you'll needToilet paper rollsScissorsGlue GlitterPaintColorful flat backed plastic jewelsCarefully cut a toilet paper roll into 3 slicesCoat it with any color you want. Let dry.Cover with glue and sprinkle the glitters above.When dry, decorate with some flat backed plastic jewels to make it look more impressive.
