Make Your Own Organic Soaps

How to Make Chamomile Balls

We are continuing with making organic soaps video series.

In this video you will learn how to make chamomile balls. They are fun to make and they're especially fun for the kids. Plus they're fun to wash up with.

Things you'll need:

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Organic / natural melt and pour soap (avocado cucumber soap)
  • A teaspoon of chamomile
  • Glass measure
  • Colorizing powder (golden poppy)
  • Chamomile fragrance
  • Warm water

Judy, the soap expert, shows you step by step how to make this fun chamomile ball. First, she melts the soap, then she adds dry chamomile, color (you can use any color you want) and chamomile fragrance.

When the mixture is ready, she lets it sit for few minutes until it's cool enough to handle.

Pay attention, when she shows how to check the mixture to see if it's ready to be handled. When ready, you can shape the soap as a ball, using the water to smooth out some cracks and getting it into the shape you like.
